Admission fees:
- Participants: 58 | 68 €
(without | including Brunch) - Companions: 45 | 55 €
(without | including Brunch) - Hosted housing: 5 € per person
Included in the price are:
- Food during the tournament
- Free entrance for the Sunday party
- "Goodbye brunch" on Monday and hosted housing, if required
Terms of payment:
- Payment is due 14 days from delivery of the official confirmation email.
- If you transfer the admission fees from abroad you will be responsible for paying for any bank transfer fees.
- After confirmation of registration by the organizing team and receipt of traps for each participant cancellation charges will apply in case of cancellation without replacement person
-- within the last 4 weeks before the tournament: 5 Euro
-- within the last 2 weeks before the tournament: 10 Euro - The online form can be sent only after adding at least six players. If a team wants to register with fewer players, then fill the gaps with 'noname' players. The resulting total and the payment terms, however, are mandatory (see above). - If you complete your team within registration time, filling the blanks with names will be our pleasure.
